Our staff offer solution to the problem of alcoholism and other forms of addiction through a three pronged approach:
- Therapy aims to bring healing to addicted people and their relatives. Our core tool of treatment are short– and long-term therapy programs. Therapy work is completed by local support groups and individual counselling sessions.
- Aftercare plays an important role in the recovery process of addicts and their relatives. Many of them require support and councelling. This is achieved through a network of aftercare programs including local support groups, aftercare camps and conferences and individual counseling sessions.
- Prevention consists of public awareness activity and work with children and teenagers from families affected by alcohol. Public awareness aims to draw attention to the dangers of excessive alcohol consumption and drugs. We aim to reach children and teenagers especially those living in families affected by addiction. We seek to break the cycle of addiction by providing the children with an alternative lifestyle.
