School Prevention – Report
The Bonus Pastor Foundation’s awareness campaign, held between September 1 and November 30, placed a special emphasis on informing youth and young adults. To this end, we seized every opportunity to engage with them directly.
During this period, we consistently held interactive prevention sessions in several schools across Mureș County and participated in various festivals and events. We received regular invitations from Christian youth communities, as well as groups of parents and educators.
In these sessions, beyond sharing knowledge about addiction, we offered practical guides and techniques for effectively addressing substance use or dependency among young people. We also organized open days at the Therapy Centre in Ozd, where students could personally meet and interact with the residents currently undergoing therapy.
Media and social media also serve as vital channels for reaching the younger generation. We maintain a steady presence on local and county television and radio stations, Facebook, and various online media platforms. In total, we succeeded in personally reaching out to 1,042 students.
