Project summary

Objective: to establish international, cross-border/transborder partnerships to support the labor market and social reintegration of addicts, to initiate methodological developments in this field, to integrate them into the professional practice of the organizations and to broaden the possibilities of support work with this target group. Further objective is to create and develop concrete results that can be applied immediately in everyday support work; develop the competence of addicts.

Activities: project management, creation of concrete outputs (4, improving the labor market competences of addicts, the possibility of using tale therapy, the use of couple and family therapy, case summaries, collection of good practices), training/educating professionals within the partnership (3 topics: the use of tale therapy, burnout prevention, the basics of the Portage method), transnational meetings, multiplier events are the activities of the project.

Results: expanding international partnerships, preparing new projects, as well as the emergence of new opportunities, innovations and methods in educational and supportive work on the social and labor market reintegration of addicts. We expect to develop relevant competences (general and transversal) of the primary target group – addicts – and of the indirect target group – professionals. We will also create, develop and elaborate concrete outcomes in four topics.
