12-Day Therapeutic Program

Addicts and their family members, both women and men, were able to benefit from the hospitality of the Therapeutic Center in Ozd in March and November, and the Rebeka Mission Center in Catalina in May. Many came to the Bonus Pastor Foundation in a state of helplessness and hopelessness. During the 12-day therapy programme, they experienced an accepting, loving spiritual community that freed them from the grip of helplessness and shame. Here, they received spiritual support and came to understand and experience that change is possible through the sacrifice of Christ and personal faith. The biblical devotions, self-awareness groups, seminars on addiction, individual counselling sessions, and shared time in leisure activities all played a significant role. Through spiritual fellowship, they experienced that they are not alone in their struggles and learned to help and support each other on the road to recovery. They were encouraged and inspired by the testimonies of those who had already been freed. Each day, a different recovered addict or couple shared their life story, bearing witness that through the healing and rebirth they experienced through Christ, their family relationships were healed, and they found a welcoming community. We wish from the bottom of our hearts that next year they will be the ones who can support their fellow sufferers with the joy of freedom!
